Excellent experience with AmeriCare! I called today about my stove, and Mabel was extremely helpful and arranged for someone to come right away. The technician was fantastic—professional, respectful, fast, precise, and very clean. He came fully prepared and did an excellent job. Really impressed with the whole experience. We had a problem with our stove and I was stressed out about getting it working properly. Fortunately, the manufacturer paired us with Americare to fix the issue. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I've received in YEARS. I was called, informed about the process, scheduled quickly, and the technician was exactly on time. He even called us to inform us of how his schedule was going so we were ready when he arrived.

Shout out to Rena who managed our appointment. I missed her first call and she didn't need to look me up or find some complicated order number when I called back. She knew me by name and knew what the repair was instantly. It's the little things, truly.

Our appliance was fixed and is working perfectly. I hope to never need a repair again but if I do, I'm comfortable knowing I can call this company.

Carlos is upbeat and professional, positive and friendly.  He was able to replace the water inlet valve for the LG washer dryer combo in my home and overall the job went smoothly.  He mentioned previously working for Bosch, so he has some extra expertise in that brand.

Scheduling the job had some difficulties and they showed up on Monday instead of Friday when expected; I almost missed the appliance tech because I was not expecting him to show up today and was running errands.
