Fortunately, the manufacturer paired us with Americare to fix the issue. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I've received in YEARS. I was called, informed about the process, scheduled quickly, and the technician was exactly on time. He even called us to inform us of how his schedule was going so we were ready when he arrived.

Shout out to Rena who managed our appointment. I missed her first call and she didn't need to look me up or find some complicated order number when I called back. She knew me by name and knew what the repair was instantly. It's the little things, truly.

Our appliance was fixed and is working perfectly. I hope to never need a repair again but if I do, I'm comfortable knowing I can call this company.

He was able to replace the water inlet valve for the LG washer dryer combo in my home and overall the job went smoothly.  He mentioned previously working for Bosch, so he has some extra expertise in that brand.

Scheduling the job had some difficulties and they showed up on Monday instead of Friday when expected; I almost missed the appliance tech because I was not expecting him to show up today and was running errands.
