I recently moved and needed my old AC installed by accredited professionals as per my landlord. Chris and Andre showed up at a timely manner and were very professional. They got to work immediately and finished pretty quickly. Chris even provided suggestions as I expressed the apartment gets really cold in the winter. I would definitely use the services of Americare Appliance Repair if I have any future needs.

We bought a new stove that was innovative and has not been installed widely. They had been chosen by the manufacturer to handle the installation of their stoves. Americare delivered the stove through a difficult pathway through a pre-war NYC apartment building, installed it flawlessly, tested it and removed the old stove. This was done quite professionally with obvious expertise. We will be using them in the future for repairs as well.

Americare was a pleasure to work with. They came to my house to do Boiler service/maintenance. Winston and Henry were very thorough in their assessment and explained everything along the way and what they were doing. They answered my questions and provided service that was immaculate. They worked diligently to fix the issue I had and my boiler was back up and working. The issue was I had air in my line and it needed to bleed. They also followed up the same day and the next day make sure I was happy with my service. Their customer service is 5 star and I would recommend them to anyone. Their level of professionalism, service, communication and timeliness was beyond reproach. Hire them for your boiler or other appliances need and you won't be disappointed.
