Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had. Had me check the stove after he was finished. Recommend technician highly. He were courteous, used floor protection, and cleaned up.

Carlos was amazing! He’s an absolute expert in his field - he knew what the issue was and how to fix it before he even took a look at our dryer. Beyond his technical skills, he was a burst of positive energy, as well as kind and charismatic. He just left and hour ago and we’ve already hired him for a job at our grandmothers property tomorrow!

We bought a new stove that was innovative and has not been installed widely. They had been chosen by the manufacturer to handle the installation of their stoves. Americare delivered the stove through a difficult pathway through a pre-war NYC apartment building, installed it flawlessly, tested it and removed the old stove. This was done quite professionally with obvious expertise. We will be using them in the future for repairs as well.
