The technician was on time and respectful of my home. Care was taken when examining my appliance. Every effort to make the repair after the initial diagnosis was made. He was polite and genial.

Carlos is upbeat and professional, positive and friendly. He was able to replace the water inlet valve for the LG washer dryer combo in my home and overall the job went smoothly. He mentioned previously working for Bosch, so he has some extra expertise in that brand.

Scheduling the job had some difficulties and they showed up on Monday instead of Friday when expected; I almost missed the appliance tech because I was not expecting him to show up today and was running errands.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had. Had me check the stove after he was finished. Recommend technician highly. He were courteous, used floor protection, and cleaned up.

Carlos was amazing! He’s an absolute expert in his field - he knew what the issue was and how to fix it before he even took a look at our dryer. Beyond his technical skills, he was a burst of positive energy, as well as kind and charismatic. He just left and hour ago and we’ve already hired him for a job at our grandmothers property tomorrow!
